From Hanoi to Sapa, the journey combines scenic travel, rewarding mountain trekking, authentic cultural encounters and an overnight stay at a local homestay in Ta Van. Along the way, discover terraced rice fields, peaceful mountain villages and the unique traditions of the H'Mong, Dzay and Red Dao communities. Day 01 :

Hanoi – Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van Homestay

Your Sapa trekking tour begins with a comfortable day bus journey from Hanoi to Sapa, offering beautiful views of Northern Vietnam's countryside as the landscape gradually changes from fertile plains to the majestic Hoang Lien Son Mountains. After arriving in Sapa around midday, enjoy lunch and meet your local guide for a short briefing before starting your afternoon trek.

Leaving Sapa Town behind, descend into the breathtaking Muong Hoa Valley and follow scenic trails to Y Linh Ho Village, a peaceful Black H'Mong community surrounded by spectacular rice terraces. Continue trekking through Lao Chai Village, where your guide will introduce you to the traditions, farming practices and daily life of the local people while you admire one of Sapa's most iconic landscapes.

By late afternoon, arrive at Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay ethnic minority. Check in to your traditional homestay and take time to relax or explore the surrounding village before enjoying a delicious home-cooked dinner prepared by your host family. Spending the night in Ta Van offers a wonderful opportunity to experience genuine local hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere of Muong Hoa Valley.

Day 02 :

Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Sapa – Hanoi

After breakfast, continue your Sapa trekking adventure from Ta Van Village through tranquil bamboo forests, across suspension bridges and alongside mountain streams as you make your way to Giang Ta Chai Village, home to the Red Dao people. Along the route, enjoy panoramic views of Muong Hoa Valley and learn about the unique customs, traditional clothing and cultural heritage of the local community.

Following lunch, return to Sapa Town where you will have time to freshen up and relax before boarding the afternoon day bus back to Hanoi. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive through the mountains, arriving in the capital in the evening with unforgettable memories of trekking through Muong Hoa Valley and experiencing authentic village life.
