Welcome to Culture Adventure Vietnam. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a tour or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. About Culture Adventure Vietnam
Culture Adventure Vietnam provides travel services and experiences in Vietnam, including guided tours, small-group tours, private tours, transportation, accommodation, cruises, and other travel-related services.
All tour descriptions, itineraries, photographs, prices, and service information published on our website are provided for general guidance and may be updated from time to time.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after Culture Adventure Vietnam has received the required booking information and, where applicable, the required deposit or full payment.
Depending on the tour or service, we may require the following information from travelers:
- Full name as shown on the passport
- Nationality
- Passport details
- Contact information
- Hotel or pickup information
- Any other information reasonably required to operate the service
VietTrail Travel reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking where required information has not been provided or where the requested service is unavailable.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are generally quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
The price of each tour may vary depending on the number of travelers, accommodation category, room type, transportation, travel dates, optional services, and other booking conditions.
Some bookings may require a deposit, with the remaining balance payable before or during the trip, as stated in the booking confirmation.
Any bank charges, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges should be confirmed before payment where relevant.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the tour, cruise, hotel, transportation provider, and other suppliers involved in the booking.
Please note: The specific cancellation and refund policy applicable to your booking will be provided at the time of booking or in your booking confirmation.
Where a refund is approved, the refund amount may be reduced by non-refundable amounts charged by hotels, cruise operators, transportation providers, payment processors, or other suppliers.
No refund may be provided for unused services, late arrival, missed departures, or voluntarily discontinued travel unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes to Itinerary and Services
Travel conditions in Vietnam can change due to weather, traffic, operational issues, government regulations, local events, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Culture Adventure Vietnam may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, transportation, accommodation, activities, or timing when necessary to maintain the safety and practical operation of the tour.
Where a significant change is required, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected travelers and, where possible, provide a suitable alternative.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring that all personal documents required for travel are valid.
Travelers must:
- Carry a valid passport and any required visa or travel documents.
- Follow reasonable instructions from tour guides and service providers.
- Arrive at the designated pickup point on time.
- Respect local laws, customs, people, and places.
- Inform Culture Adventure Vietnam in advance of any special requirements that may affect the trip.
Culture Adventure Vietnam is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the traveler or failure to comply with applicable travel requirements.
7. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance
Travelers are responsible for assessing whether a tour is suitable for their personal circumstances and level of physical ability.
We strongly recommend that travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellation, baggage, and other travel risks.
Travelers should inform us before departure of any relevant dietary requirements, mobility limitations, medical considerations, or other circumstances that may affect the operation of the tour.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain services included in a Culture Adventure Vietnam booking may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, cruise operators, restaurants, transportation companies, activity providers, and local service partners.
While we work with service providers that meet our operational requirements, their services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, schedules, and operational policies.
9. Force Majeure
Culture Adventure Vietnam shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- War or political unrest
- Government actions
- Transportation disruptions
- Epidemics or public health events
- Strikes
- Other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and work with relevant suppliers to find practical alternatives.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, prices, schedules, itineraries, photographs, availability, and other information may change without prior notice.
Photographs used on the website are intended to illustrate destinations, activities, accommodation, or travel experiences and may not always represent the exact arrangement provided on a particular departure.
